Glossary of Public Utilities Terms

SERA, in cooperation with the Public Utility Research Center (PURC) at the University of Florida in the United States of America, translated the Glossary of Public Utilities Regulation Terms developed by the Center into Arabic. The glossary contains most of the technical terms related to the regulation, management, and operation of public utilities. This translation benefits professionals in the field, including decision-makers, academics, and policy-makers in Arab countries. PURC is a renowned international center specializing in the field of public utilities management and regulation research. PURC has cooperated with public utility regulatory agencies in various countries to translate the glossary into major world languages. It has been posted online to be a reference for use by professionals and those interested in the field, including practitioners, researchers, and students.
