This electronic portal (referred to as 'the Portal' or 'the Electronic Portal') provides information, data, and services related to the work of the Saudi Electricity Regulatory Authority (referred to as 'the Authority').

6. Advertising on this Portal any product or service that puts us in violation of any law or regulation applied in any field.
7. Using any means, software, or procedure to intercept or attempt to intercept the proper operation of the Portal.
8. Taking any action that unreasonably or disproportionately burdens the infrastructure of the Portal.

Termination of Use

The Authority may, at its sole discretion, terminate, restrict, or suspend your right to access and use the Portal without notice and for any reason, including violation of the terms and conditions of use or any other behavior we deem, at our sole discretion, to be unlawful or harmful to others. In the event of termination, you will not be allowed to access this Portal.

Electronic Links

Some links are provided to sites independent of the Authority's electronic Portal, and we are not responsible for the contents or credibility of the portals and/or sites we link to, and we do not endorse their contents. Your use of the links to access those sites or portals is at your own risk. The Authority replaces these broken electronic links with other sites, but we cannot guarantee that these links will work permanently.

Intellectual Property Rights

This Portal belongs to the Saudi Electricity Regulatory Authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All Portal contents, including programs and information, are fully protected under Saudi copyright, trademark, and various property rights laws. All intellectual property rights to Portal contents belong to the Authority.

   The servers operating the Portal automatically collect the Internet Protocol addresses of visitors when they visit any of the Authority's websites. If desired, these files can be used to 'remember' passwords and facilitate and expedite the login process to some websites. These files are stored on the hard disk of the computer device.
