The Data Sharing Policy applies to data produced by WERA that are shared with other government entities, private entities, or individuals, regardless of the source, form, or nature of the data.

This policy does not apply to data shared to fulfil data requests made by a government agency for security or judicial purposes.

This policy complements the National Data Governance Policies issued by the National Data Management Office (NDMO), it does not contradict them, and aligns with established regulations and subsequent amendments.
