Driven by cognitive and technological advancements, modern and innovative tools and methods have emerged to preserve, analyze, and process data, and have become a crucial component of the knowledge economy and a significant contributor to decision-making processes. In line with the goals of Vision 2030 and the drive to establish a data-driven economy, Royal Decree No. (59766) was issued on 11/20/1439 AH, mandating the establishment of the National Data Management Office. The Office is linked to the Board of Directors of the National Information Center and requires the establishment of data management offices in all government agencies.
